What data we process and why
- Enquiries and quotes. You do not need to give us any data to browse this website. We only process the data you give us when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email (name, phone, email and the details of your enquiry) to reply and prepare your quote.
- Customers. If you hire us, we use your data to manage the design, installation, invoicing and warranty.
- Browsing. We use no analytics or advertising tools. Our hosting provider temporarily processes your IP address and technical connection data to deliver the website and protect it against attacks.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles.
Legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing your order: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Invoicing and accounting: compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Website security: our legitimate interest in protecting it (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to one year after the last contact. Customer data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the legally required periods (for example, six years for accounting records under the Spanish Commercial Code). Technical connection data is kept by the hosting provider for short periods.
Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The following providers act as processors under GDPR-compliant contracts:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace): email.
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. If you prefer not to use it, call or email us.
International transfers
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Both companies participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection, and also apply standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by emailing info@lavegacocinas.com with proof of identity. We will reply within one month. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookie policy
In accordance with article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI), this website does not use cookies or similar technologies (such as local storage), whether its own or third-party. Fonts are served from our own server, with no connections to third parties.
When you open links to Google Maps or WhatsApp you leave this website, and those services' cookie policies apply.
If measurement or advertising tools are added in the future, you will be asked for prior consent through a notice and this policy will be updated.
